I was very sadly disappointed today. I bought a rechargable battery about 6 months ago, it wasn't cheap. Always kept it properly charged and took normal care of it. Noticed it didn't work today. Went to the store and the person helping me checked it and noted the battery was no good/defective. He passed blame on the care of it and when I told him it was properly cared for he told me that it was too bad and that I would have to buy another one. Never tried to help, never tried to offer to replace it, nothing. Sad to say, I used to go there often for replacement batteries and figured they would be a good, honest and fair company. I was wrong. Won't go back.

Knowledgeable staff, fair pricing, good quality work. had my phone screen repaired inna matter of hours. Ordering the screen was the longest part and it was still available two days ahead of what the staff said.

I had a car fob issue. Went to the Jeff City store. Steve there was great. He worked with me on how to fix my fob starting with the FREE options. Unfortunately that didn't work. Steve said to give Bernie, their mobile repairman, a call. I called Bernie. He was at my work and had the problem fixed all within thirty minutes. He only charged $75 for a on site repair. Much, much cheaper than the dealer. Batteries Plus rocks!

Had a battery in my car that has required jumping about once every 2 months for awhile. Stopped in and Johnson was enthusiastic to help by testing. Battery was pushing low amps after 2+ years, so bought a new battery, got it installed, and was on my way - all in about 15min.
